Tell Me About Shipping

Good news! Included in the cost of your order within the continental United States is the shipping charge based on the weight and size of the product.

When Can I Expect Receipt of My Order?

- Please note, prints can take up to 3 weeks to arrive, once your order is placed.

*Business days are Monday – Friday.

*Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will go into production the next business day.

*Allow an additional day for shipping and production time if your order falls on one of these holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day.

Can I Ship Outside the United States?

Arrangements can be made by contacting Elizabeth directly via the email listed on the contact page. Additional shipping time and cost may apply.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We will provide a no-charge replacement for any quality issues or damaged products. We ask you to contact us within 5 business days of receipt of your order if either of these situations applies. We request the item be returned to us for quality control purposes. A replacement will not be provided based on customer preference.

Can I Cancel or Return My Order?

Unless your order has already gone into production, you may cancel. In either case, contact us to make arrangements via the listed email.

There will be a 15% restocking fee for any order canceled or exchanged.

Will My Personal Information Be Safe?

Absolutely. Your payment is through a third-party provider and is not stored on this site. When you provide personal information it is only to handle your order and for us to communicate with you about said order or regarding future newsletters/promotions. It will never be given to anyone not specifically involved in those endeavors.
